Welcome! Thanks for visiting TrinityChurchBaytown.org.
Trinity Church, led by Father Nick Novak, is a community of faith that proclaims the Word
of God and the love of Christ by being a caring, inclusive Christian community
within the Episcopal tradition; by extending ourselves, our resources and
our passions to each other and the wider community; by enriching our lives
and the lives of others through education, spiritual development and fellowship; and by providing a place for community service and spiritual sanctuary.
Whether you are a casual visitor, looking for a spiritual home, or a member of Trinity, this website is for you. On the pages that follow you will find a wealth of information designed to answer a variety of questions.
Please explore this site and we hope you will come and see us in person soon.

Questions and Answers from Bishop Elect Andrew Doyle
The Breakfast Team needs your help! These
folk are up and out early to prepare a wonderful breakfast for the Trinity
family the first Sunday of every month. They are looking for about 6 people
to help wash dishes, clean tables, put stuff up and clean counters in the kitchen
after breakfast is served. It would be a welcome break. There is a sign-up
sheet on the table outside the office. The team will be forever grateful.

Nursery volunteers needed
We are in need of parishioners who
would be willing to serve on the Nursery volunteer list. We have Nursery workers,
but on occasion we
end
up
with only
one worker. They need a list of volunteers that they can call on if the need
arises. Please let Kathy know if you are interested.
Help Wanted. The young adults of Trinity
are at it again; they've started Watershed. This is great news for our church.
One of the ways
we can help this budding ministry is to provide dinner for these young folks
each week. Watershed meets each Thursday evening, from 6:00 to 7:30 at the
church. A simple meal would be greatly appreciated and would show our young
adults that we care. If you feel called to help out this ministry, please contact
Jeremy Hawkins or the church office. Our young adults represent the future
of Trinity Church...let's show them we care. |

Recycle for Soroti. We
now have an opportunity to recycle aluminum cans for a great cause. Please
bring your cans, rinsed and in a plastic bag, to church on Sundays. Place
them in the recycling bin in the back of the church by the trash container
and they
will be picked up on Monday mornings. All of the money collected from our
cans will be used to send books and other supplies to the Right Rev. Charles
Obaikol
and his ministry in Soroti. Trinity has long been involved with the Obaikol
family and their ministry and this simple task gives us yet another opportunity
to serve God in His church.
