First Sunday Breakfast - Les Gibson (281-428-2713) On the first Sunday of each month, the Breakfast Team cooks a scrump-deli-icious breakfast that is served in the Gathering Room following the 9:00 service. You are invited to come join us for Les Gibson's special Eggs Americana with sauteed onions, peppers, tomatoes and cheese. We also have big, fluffy biscuits light as Granny used to make and fresh fruit salad. The grillmasters turn out tons of yummy sausage and pancakes (sometimes with blueberries!). It is a wonderful time to just relax and enjoy each others' company. We are always looking for volunteers. We can use tablesetters, cooks, grillmasters, servers and, of course, people who can pitch in and help clean up. There is a sign-up sheet on the bullten board if you are able to help cook or clean up!
